We are now requesting student images to help our staff get to know your children before they arrive on campus. Along with their interests/ hobbies, we are ensuring your student’s teachers know all the information you’ve shared with us while registering. Including any important medical or behavioral information to help your student have a successful workshop experience.

Please follow the link below to read through and sign the required release and waiver forms. There are two waivers that require boxes to be checked, please be sure to check one box for each waiver. Please thoroughly read through all of these documents before signing them. If they are not filled out properly, we will reach out prior to Summer Arts Workshop to confirm you have read through everything.
